Let's Change the World

The World Awaits

Tomorrow may be the most important day of my lifetime. Thank you all for reading my rants and raves over the past 20-plus months. I'm certainly not done writing about politics, but right now there's nothing left to say. That is, until tomorrow. Get some rest and vote tomorrow. Before I knew it, the usual 2.5-2.8 grade point average jumped to 3.5-3.9. I was taking classes that mattered to me: Black Rights: Eyes on the Prize , Crime and Punishment and Inequality in America , to name a few. I was reading Faulkner, Camus, Richard Wright, and some of the best writers this world has ever seen. This was all entirely new to me. It was like my mind couldn’t get enough. I would sit in class watching the Birmingham bus boycotts and the March on Selma and feel thing...
